Redlands Grove - our newest village

Redlands Grove: 

Gary & Matt met with the Managing Director of Bellway South West, together with

our MP Danny Kruger. The meeting took place on the 5th September.

Landscaping and planting works will start in October – once this is completed there will be a further audit of outstanding works together with ‘A Dandy Wren’ (management company).

The subject of play areas was discussed. At this time they don’t have an alternative site for their compound – we have asked that they look at delivering some of the other 4/5 open spaces in the meantime.

Residents have asked about the shop in the village centre. This must be delivered by the 300^th occupation. It is currently advertised but there has been little interest at this stage.
